Episode 1: Pilot

Special Agent Dana Scully is partnered with Special Agent Fox Mulder to validate his work in a division called The X-Files. While he is a believer in the paranormal, due to memories in which his sister was abducted by aliens, she is a skeptic and a scientist who prefers to look for rational, logical explanations.
After a number of Oregon high school teens begin to die mysteriously, Agents Scully and Mulder are called to investigate the matter. Mulder believes those murders are linked to alien abduction.
Episode 2: Deep Throat

An Idaho woman's call to the FBI about her missing Air Force husband goes unanswered by the Boise field office and Mulder, who has been watching the case, and Scully head to Ellens Airbase to find answers for her.
Episode 3: Squeeze

A former FBI Academy classmate of Scully's asks her for help on a case: Several murders have occurred where the victim's liver has been ripped out, yet there is no indication of an entry point to the place where the person had been murdered. Scully asks Mulder to assist them on the case and, despite his reputation in the Bureau, he agrees.
Episode 4: Conduit

When a young girl from Iowa mysteriously vanishes without a trace, Mulder must once again confront his own feelings and fears about his younger sister's disappearance.
Episode 5: The Jersey Devil

Mulder and Scully investigate a series of murders that are very similar in detail to a murder committed in 1947, believed to be committed by a half-man-half-beast dubbed the Jersey Devil.
Episode 6: Shadows
Air Date: Oct 22, 1993
An unseen force commits several murders wherever a young woman is present and Mulder suspects that it is the doing of the woman's former boss, who had recently committed suicide.
Episode 7: Ghost In The Machine
Air Date: Oct 29, 1993
In order to preserve its existence, a computer begins to kill people when it is deemed to be inefficient to continue controlling the workings of an office building.
Episode 8: Ice
Air Date: Nov 5, 1993
When an Arctic research team mysteriously begins to kill each other after drilling deeper into the ice than ever before, Mulder and Scully accompany a team of doctors and scientists to investigate the matter. They discover a new organism which can make the host become murderous by amplifying the host's feeling of anger and paranoia.
Episode 9: Space

Something is sabotaging a space launch program. And every discriminating clue is pointing at the commander of the team, who once claimed to have seen an alien in space while witnessing Mars from Earth orbit.
Episode 10: Fallen Angel
Air Date: Nov 19, 1993
With information obtained from Deep Throat, Mulder heads to Townsend, Wisconsin, to find evidence of a downed alien spacecraft before the military cleans up the area. While there, he meets Max Fenig, whose compatriots at the UFO organization NICAP have been following Mulder's work on the X-Files.
Episode 11: Eve

An exanguination of a Greenwich, Connecticut, man leads Mulder to believe that aliens performed the task. Scully and he talk to the man's little girl, who gives them an unusual account. At the same time, a similar exanguination in San Francisco turns up another young girl who looks exactly like the girl in Greenwich.
Episode 12: Fire

An old Oxford University classmate and girlfriend of Mulder's asks for his help in investigating an international case in which several British dignitaries were executed. In their investigation, Mulder and Scully encounter an assassin who has the ability to start fires using only his mind.
Episode 13: Beyond The Sea
Air Date: Jan 7, 1994
While investigating a kidnapping case, Scully and Mulder encounter a death row inmate (Luther Lee Boggs) who claims to have psychic abilities. He informs the agents he will help solve the case if his sentence is reduced. Scully becomes an unwilling believer when Boggs tells her that she can communicate through him with her recently deceased father.
Episode 14: Genderbender

Scully and Mulder look for answers to a bizarre series of murders in which all the victims died during sex. Their investigations lead them to an Amish-type community in Massachusetts.
Episode 15: Lazarus
Air Date: Feb 4, 1994
After a FBI Agent and a bank robber are both shot during a bank heist, the FBI agent starts to take on the persona of the late bank robber when he was brought back to life. Mulder suspects that the bank robber, Warren Dupre has come back to life in Agent Jack Willis' body.
Episode 16: Young At Heart
Air Date: Feb 11, 1994
John Barnett, who supposedly died years ago in prison, comes back to haunt the person who has put him in jail - Mulder. Sending the agent personal notes, Barnett taunts Mulder to try and catch him.
Episode 17: E.b.e.
Air Date: Feb 18, 1994
Scully and Mulder discover evidence of a government cover-up after they learn of an unidentified flying object that was shot down in Iraq had been secretly transported to the United States.
Episode 18: Miracle Man
Air Date: Mar 18, 1994
The agents investigate a young faith healer named Samuel, who has the power to heal people with his touch, but he begins to question his gift when those he has healed, start to die.
Episode 19: Shapes
Air Date: Apr 1, 1994
Mulder and Scully travel to a Montana Indian Reservation to investigate several strange deaths caused by an unknown beast-like creature and may have been the legendary Manitou, a man who can shape shift into a beast.
Episode 20: Darkness Falls
Air Date: Apr 15, 1994
When a group of loggers in Olympic National Forest disappear in the same way that another group disappeared 60 years ago, Mulder, who has been watching the case and has requested the assignment, brings his partner to the remote wilderness of Washington State. Along with a forest ranger and a representative from the logging company, Mulder and Scully find the deserted logging base camp and a large cocoon that contains the desicated remains of a human being.
Episode 21: Tooms
Air Date: Apr 22, 1994
Despite Mulder's testimony at his parole hearing, Eugene Victor Tooms, a serial killer who extracts and eats human liver, (from the episode Squeeze) is released from prison. Making sure that Tooms doesn't kill again, Mulder and Scully keep tabs on him. At the same time, Scully is called before Assistant Director Walter Skinner to explain to him her work with Mulder on the X-Files.
Episode 22: Born Again
Air Date: Apr 29, 1994
A series of murders, which mirror the work of a dead serial killer, are all linked to an eight-year-old girl. Mulder believes that she may be the reincarnation of a policeman murdered by his colleagues and is now back for revenge.
Episode 23: Roland
Air Date: May 6, 1994
Mulder and Scully investigate the murders of two rocket scientists, all of which are linked to a severely handicapped janitor named Roland. Mulder suspects that another recently deceased scientist, whose head is cryogenically frozen, is controlling Roland telepathically from beyond the grave.
Episode 24: The Erlenmeyer Flask
Air Date: May 13, 1994
Deep Throat directs Mulder to a crime scene where police are looking for a suspect who evaded capture and jumped into the river near an industrial area. Finding that evidence has been covered up, Mulder and Scully question a doctor whose car the suspect had driven on a high-speed chase with police. Later, the doctor is murdered by a man who was investigating the crime scene at the behest of an unknown agency.
